Captain Philip Hemphill of the Mississippi Highway Patrol won his first National Championship title at the NRA National Pistol Championships in Camp Perry, Ohio. A ten-time winner of the National Police Shooting Championships, Hemphill was named High Police competitor for the .22 Caliber Championship, the Center Fire Championship, and took third in the .45 Caliber Championship. | For More…
