Rich Wolfe of Escalon, Calif. captured his second consecutive regional revolver title of the 2011 season with his Open division win at the International Confederation of Revolver Enthusiasts’ (ICORE) Smith & Wesson Rocky Mountain Regional Revolver Championship this past weekend at the Weld County Fish & Wildlife High Plains Shooting Range in Galeton, Colo.
